Tonight our road reps are starting their security fees collection operation. Please make sure that you know who is taking charge of your road/block. Refer to my earlier blog for their 1. Name, 2. Feature & 3. Contact number. We have not appointed any other people to do the collection on behalf of us.
You can expect the following information on flyers given by them:-
- 31st Oct (Sat) 9:00am G&G launching activity @ playground.
- Road Reps.' structure.
When you make payment on the spot,
i. please make sure that you collect your official receipt from them. The official receipt is the proof for your payment.
ii. take note that maximum of 2 stickers will be given FOC to registered cars in one house. Additional sticker for more than 2 cars will be charged at RM 5.00/pc.
iii. If you are given windscreen stickers, please :-
Ø make sure the road rep. uses the waterproof marker pen to write down the vehicle registration number on the stickers.
Ø later, put the sticker on the front passenger side windscreen.
