  II.         ISBN

 III.         Borrower Name

IV.         Borrowing Date

RULES
1. Borrowing Period :

     I.         1 month for adult books with 1 book allowed.

  II.         2 weeks for kid's books with max 5 books.

2. Can come back to renew if need longer time.

Returning books
