Wok with Kiat - Season Flavour Chicken

1.  Marinate half chicken with ...... 

Marinate Ingredients : Sauces + wine
Marinate Ingredients : 5 pcs of Red dates

Marinate Ingredients : 1 table spoon of Goji berries

Marinate Ingredients : 3 Dangui slices

Marinate Ingredients : 
Add ginger mini cuts
Marinate for 2 nights

2. Get ready with fried ingredients

Stir fried ingredients

Stir fried ingredients : Cut garlic to small pcs

Stir fried ingredients : Small red onion

Stir fried ingredients : Red onion

Stir fried ingredients : Ginger

Heat up the sunflower cooking oil


Fry garlic till golden color

Time to add in ginger, small red onion & onion

3. Last add the marinade
Fry till brownish gold color & good smell is out
 
Time to add in the chicken marinade

Fry for 5 mins, follow by cook for 10 mins


Additional ingredients : Get ready with potatos


Additional ingredients : Black fungus

Add in potato

Lastly add in black fungus

Light fire cook for another 5-10 mins


Ready to serve
